Through child-led play, embodied practices, elemental ceremonies, sacred sound, creative exploration, and nervous-system regulation practices, children are honored as conscious leaders of presence and imagination.

Parents receive guidance, energetic attunements, and practical tools to support sensitive children, trust their intuition, and create more aligned family dynamics at home.

THE MITCHELL HEDGES CRYSTAL SKULL

Perhaps, you have heard of the Mitchell-Hedges Crystal Skull. Bill met the Skull in 1978 when he met the adopted daughter of F.A. Mitchell-Hedges in Canada. The Crystal Skull of Love was discovered in 1924 in an ancient Mayan Temple. When they saw the sparkling, clear Crystal Skull, they fell to their knees in honor and thanksgiving. Bill became the Legal Guardian of the Mitchell-Hedges Crystal Skull in 2007. The Crystal Skull is with him virtually 24/7. His passion is helping people. He has conducted thousands of meetings over the past thirty plus years. .

THE MITCHELL HEDGES CRYSTAL SKULL

The Native Mayans were working to uncover a Lost City, which they found.

When they saw the sparkling, clear Crystal Skull, they fell to their knees in honor and thanksgiving. When Mitchell-Hedges left the archeological dig, two years later, the Maya presented him with their precious Crystal Skull in thanks for all the food and medical gifts he bestowed upon them.

The Retreat Location

Surrounded by nature, we will be hosting this event at The Mount Shasta Resort, 1000 Siskiyou Lake Blvd., Mount Shasta, CA 96067.

Nearest Airport
Redding Regional Airport (RDD) — approximately a 1-hour scenic drive and the most convenient option. 

Travel Information

Getting Here
We recommend renting a car from the airport. From Redding, drive north on I-5 to Mount Shasta, then follow signs to Siskiyou Lake and Mount Shasta Resort.

Other Options
Medford (MFR), Klamath Falls (LMT), and Sacramento International (SMF) airports are additional options with longer drive times. Amtrak service is available to Dunsmuir, about 15 minutes from the resort (ground transportation required).

Retreat Flow at a Glance

June 19–22, 2026 · Mount Shasta

Our retreat is designed with families in mind. Sessions are intentionally short, with spacious breaks for outdoor play, rest, and integration. Daily lunch and snacks are included, and children will have ample time to be outside, move their bodies, and follow their natural rhythm.

Please note: This is a living itinerary. We'll co-create with the energies present, and any ideas from those who will attend. Details will unfold and may shift to honor what wants to emerge.

Day 1 — Friday | Arrival & Grounding

Arrival & Check-In: 2:00–3:00 PM
Opening Gathering from 3:00-5:30 PM
A welcoming circle with introductions, transmissions, and a Lemurian blessing ceremony with special guest, the ancient Mitchell Hedges Crystall Skull.
Evening: Free to ground into the crystalline field. 

Day 2 — Saturday | Exploration & Play

Morning Start: 9:30 AM
Movement; cosmic activations and creative expression; energetic and practical support for all ages.
Afternoon gathering until 4 PM
8-8:45 PM Optional sunset lake blessing

Day 3 — Sunday | The Solstice Gateway

Morning Start: 8:30 AM
Gentle movement and grounding before our Solstice journey.
Solstice Gateway & Intentions Activation  on the sacred mountain.
Afternoon Integration until 5:15 PM
Supportive activations, galactic attunements, and wisdom sharing followed by a nourishing Lemurian sound healing.

Day 4 — Monday | Integration & Celebration

Morning Start: 8:30 AM
Breathwork and centering for all.
The Star Children Round Table Gathering
Space for children to play or dress up.
Closing ceremony until 4:30 PM
Group sharing, playful expression, light attunements, and a joyful  talent show or dance party to celebrate and anchor the journey.

This retreat is a timeline-shifting convergence for conscious families and awakened adults where purpose clarifies, self-knowing deepens, and new ways of living, relating, and creating together begin to take shape.

Here, children are not shaped into roles or expectations. They are given the space to step into the leadership that naturally lives within them. Their intuition, sensitivity, and multidimensional awareness are recognized, supported, and nurtured within a safe and grounded field.

Parents receive guidance, attunements, and practical tools to support their children’s gifts and bring these new ways of relating into everyday family life.

All adults are invited to reconnect with their own intuitive and cosmic intelligence, creativity, and inner Star Child — reclaiming the magic and awareness that may have been set aside along the way.

Together, we step into a new paradigm of connection — one rooted in trust, resonance, and genuine co-creation.

This is where remembrance becomes embodied.
Where presence reshapes how we live, lead, and build the future together. And beyond the personal transformation, this gathering carries a deeper purpose.

It is also a sacred act of planetary service — a moment where families and awakened adults come together on the sacred land of Mount Shasta to anchor light into the planetary grids, reconnect with ancient Earth wisdom, and awaken the codes our children — and many of us — carry for the New Earth

Children’s Roundtable

(Optional Filmed Gathering)

Children who feel called may take part in a fun, guided roundtable where they share their visions for the future and the world they’re here to help shape. Through conversation, creativity, and play — including the option to dress in their favorite costume — children are invited to activate their voices and truth expression, while embodying what New Earth leadership feels like to them.

With parental consent, this gathering will be lovingly filmed and later shared as part of a global virtual event in July 2026, anchoring a living template and honoring children as wise contributors to New Earth.
